Dr. Tushar Patel is a pathologist with a clinical and research focus on non-oncologic native and transplant kidney diseases. He is also the Director of Pathology Informatics - a field that applies data, technology, and artificial intelligence to the systems that manage laboratory and diagnostic test results throughout UI Health. In this role, Dr. Patel works closely with multidisciplinary care and informatics teams to ensure test results are accurate, reliable, and support safe, well-informed decisions about patient care.
