Directions
The University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System is located just west of downtown Chicago. We can be reached most easily from the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) and the CTA Pink Line (Polk stop). Ample parking is also available. If you need transportation, our social worker may be able to assist you. Simply call, 312.996.3300, and ask to speak with our social worker to determine your eligibility.
Parking
You may park in the parking structures located at the corner of Taylor and Wood Streets or Taylor and Paulina Streets. Bring the parking ticket with you to have it validated.
Directions to Clinic
Directions to the Clinic from the Parking Garage:
Take the elevator to the third floor of the Parking Garage. This entrance will take you to the 2ND FLOOR of the Outpatient Care Center. If you need assistance, please tell the front desk staff member as you enter the clinic. Walk further down the hall, and you will see a bank of elevators to your left. Take the elevators to the 3rd Floor. As you leave the elevators, turn left down the hall. Enter 3C for the clinic.
Directions to the Clinic from the OCC Front Entrance (Lobby):
If you need assistance, please tell the front desk staff member as you enter the clinic. Walk past the front desk to the back of the first floor, and you will see a bank of elevators. Take the elevators to the 3rd Floor. As you leave the elevators, turn right down the hall. Enter 3C for the clinic.
