The Office of Information Services, at the Univ of IL Chicago, located in a large metro area, is seeking full-time Project Manager-Healthcare PMO to assist the department with the following responsibilities:
Under direction and supervision, lead the full lifecycle of projects aimed at improving services and products by collaborating with business partners, technical teams, and vendors to define scope, deliverables, and desired outcomes. Analyze processes, financial data, and technical information to identify issues and optimize workflows, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation and supporting procurement activities. Develop detailed project plans; manage budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and vendor relationships, and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. This position minimally requires a Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Management, Project Management, or a related field, 5 years of project management or training experience in healthcare industry or related field, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. The salary range for this position is $120,000-125,000.
