What if I am currently undergoing ongoing treatment with a UIPG physician?
When certain events happen in your life, like you move or lose other insurance coverage, you are able to make changes to your Medicare plan. These times are called Special Enrollment Periods. Rules about when you can make changes and the type of changes you can make are different for each Special Enrollment Period. As part of this Special Enrollment, you can choose a new insurance plan until May 31, 2026. This includes either a new Medicare Advantage plan or original Medicare with a Part D plan. When you change plans, coverage will begin the first day of the month after you switch. To see if you qualify, visit Medicare.gov or call 1.800.MEDICARE.

ClearSpring has confirmed that the member’s new health plan must honor all active care plans for a period of 90 days, even if the provider is out-of-network.
