UI Health Plans for Medicaid Populations (Medicaid includes previously noted products: FHP/ACA Adults and ICP)

Important Notice: Illinois MMAI Program Ending and New FIDE-SNP Plans Beginning

MMAI Program Ending December 31, 2025

The Illinois Medicare-Medicaid Alignment Initiative (MMAI) program will end on December 31, 2025. Members currently enrolled in MMAI plans may continue coverage through that date.

Beginning January 1, 2026, Illinois will transition to Fully Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (FIDE-SNPs), which provide integrated Medicare and Medicaid benefits for individuals eligible for both programs.
