Jordan Vold is a physician assistant at Mile Square Health Center–L.P. Johnson Rockford. Jordan has spent his whole career in federally qualified health centers and enjoys working with a diverse patient population. His passion is providing evidence-based treatment for substance-use disorder (SUD), including medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and the use of medications like buprenorphine/suboxone. He also has worked with justice-involved populations, including with the Compassionate Appreciation for Recovery in Everyone (CARE) grant in Rockford, which helps to link patients to behavioral health and/or addiction services.
