• UI TEAM RX^sm - Provides coordinated prescription filling, which includes medication reconciliation, with comprehensive medication review and disease state management when applicable.  
• Flu Shot Information - FAQ, questions/concerns, where to go, and how much it will cost 
• Home Delivery of Medications - Maintenance medications can be delivered to your home (includes transplant and specialty pharmacy items).
• Specialty Pharmacy Services - Access to specialty medications for patients with complex, chronic diseases. Includes case management and home delivery
• Discharge Prescription Services - All of your medications can be filled prior to leaving the hospital along with payment coordination.
• Medicare Part D Consult - services are provided. Located at Wood Street Pharmacy.
• Dermatology Specialty Compounding: Safe preparation of creams and ointments, which are not commercially available. 
• Chemotherapy Teaching: A pharmacist will meet with each patient to teach them about their chemotherapy. 
• Tobacco Treatment Center: We will work closely with you to identify the best approach to stop your dependence on tobacco. 
• Medication Therapy Management Clinic (MTMC): Medication management for patients who have multiple chronic medications.
• Immunizations - Listing of immunizations offered and where to get them.
