Sarah Ehrhardt is a physician assistant in the Division of Gastroenterology/Hepatology at UI Health. Sarah collaborates with a team to treat and manage a variety of gastrointestinal diseases. Her clinical interests include gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD); esophageal disorders; and inflammatory bowel diseases, including ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, microscopic colitis, and collagenous colitis. She also evaluates patients with constipation, diarrhea, colon cancer, and other gastrointestinal diseases.
