Dr. Yasaman Kianirad practices in the Department of Neurology at UI Health. Dr. Kianirad's clinical interests include Parkinson's disease and atypical parkinsonian syndromes, tremors, dystonia, chorea, Huntington's disease, tic disorders, functional movement disorders, and gait disorders. She performs botulinum toxin injections for patients with dystonia, spasticity, and migraine headache. Dr. Kianirad also uses deep brain stimulation (DBS) to treat patients with these neurologic conditions, when applicable. She is the director for the medical students at UIC College of Medicine.
