UI Health Care Link is a secure web portal that connects you to the information stored in UI Heath's EMR for your referred and admitted patients. As your patients receive care at UI Health, we will send you notifications and updates. You'll have the information you need to plan patients' ongoing care and they'll feel better, knowing that you're up to speed on all the care they receive.

- How to access Care Link account when both password and username are forgotten?
If you forget both your password and username, contact the site administrator for assistance. If the administrator's information is unavailable, work with a colleague to access Care Link and refer to the list of site admins on the home page. - Unable to find a patient on the patient list?
Click on the patient option and navigate to ‘Search All Patients’ then type in the last name and first name and the other required fields and click on ‘Search.’ - I’m a research monitor and need my password to be reset.
