Chicago, IL 60649 UI Health Mile Square Health Center - South Shore is hosting a special COVID-19 vaccine event for people 12 years and older. The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine will be available at no cost.
Bring your family, neighbors, and friends interested in getting the COVID-19 vaccine.
Appointments are Preferred:
- No proof of insurance or ID needed
- Walk-ins are welcome
